I am Harley Rancid O’Quinn (A.K.A. Charles F. Donahue III), a disabled veteran who served 14 distinguished years in the U.S. Army. I also worked as a K9 officer/handler in Manitowoc, WI, for 5 years while performing, writing, and DJing music. I am a full-time music producer, creative designer, songwriter, engineer, and musician based in Historic Port Royal, SC. I craft sonic landscapes that blend rock, metal, indie, electronic, soulful, hip-hop, R&B, pop, and experimental styles. I focus on innovative sound design, storytelling through music, maintaining artists’ integrity, and creating immersive experiences. With over 35 years of industry experience, I have collaborated with various artists, including Souls Harbor, X-Calabar, DJ Xtreme, Allen Price, Chris Jones, Steel Toe Stiletto, Walker Dean, and many others. I am currently working on a reggae-fused project that blends country and rock, and I am eager to collaborate on projects pushing creative boundaries. 

I utilize a combination of computer-based and live instruments. By using programs such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, and Melodyne, I have crafted my unique style of music and assisted others in bringing their musical visions to life through our collaboration. Additionally, I incorporate my analog instruments, including electric and acoustic guitars, drums, and keyboard/piano, to produce various sounds for myself. I have also worked with other artists and served as a studio musician on several local projects. I create music and sounds for different video formats, including but not limited to TV, film, and video games. I welcome collaborations on all projects involving music, audio, and sound design, as well as video and recording engineering. My sound is continuously evolving and developing.
